However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, withinย 7ย days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.ย

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for returnย withinย 7ย days from the date of delivery.ย All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take upto 15 working days.
Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Usually, orders are dispatched withinย 2-4ย working daysย of the customer placing the order.
However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you canย contact us.
To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
We currently donโt have a live tracking option available on the website but we will request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame.
